New and renewable energy distribution network using solar energy
In areas where the electricity supply is poor, it is possible to construct a distributed grid using solar energy, a new and renewable energy source. Distributed power grid construction using new and renewable energy is cheaper than constructing the grid equipment of central system, and it is advantageous in terms of power loss because it is transmitted at a short distance.
Photovoltaic power generation facilities can be applied to various places especially compared to other energy generation and maintenance is convenient. It is a very big advantage that you can use it more than 20 years after installation. Photovoltaic power generation facilities consist of solar panels, inverters, and monitoring systems. Power generation capacity can be adjusted according to the installation location and conditions. Therefore, although there may be a difference in capacity, solar energy can be generated even in apartments with limited space, and it is possible even on a large site. In recent years, solar power generation has become possible even in reservoirs and lakes, so solar power plants can be installed everywhere. However, the only disadvantage of solar power facilities is that power production depends on the time of sunrise and the influence of weather. Electricity production is required according to demand for stable electricity supply, but the photovoltaic solar energy will be determined by the amount of power produced by the weather. However, by using the energy storage system (ESS), we can overcome the time constraints of solar power generation. The energy storage system predicts electric power demand and stores or discharges electricity to the battery so that it can operate according to the supply and demand of electric power. The energy storage system is used during the day time, and the remaining power is saved, so that we can use the electricity generated by the solar energy even in the evening. Therefore, it overcomes the temporal and weather limit of the solar energy. Increasingly the solar PV technology is developing and the amount of power that can be produced in the same space will be increased. By the development of energy storage systems, we can use the electricity at any time.
